Restrictions on Use of Materials
First and foremost, YOU MUST BE 21 OR OVER TO PURCHASE, USE OR EVEN THINK ABOUT USING OUR PRODUCTS.
Ecigarettes should not be purchased or used except by persons who are already smokers of tobacco products.
There is no evidence that ecigarettes are either safe or safer than cigarettes and the user assumes all risk in the use of such devices.
There is no evidence that ecigarettes can reduce risk for smokers or that they can be used to reduce tobacco dependency.
Groove-E-Juice does not advocate the use of ecigarettes for such purposes and advises that you consult your doctor in person to discuss the use of ecigarettes.
Users should know that the use of ecigarettes as an additional or alternative method of nicotine consumption or for zero-nicotine use is unproven as regards safety.
There may be risks and the user assumes all risks, and releases and indemnifies Groove-E-Juice against any or all such risks.
Groove-E-Juice products are intended for use by persons of legal smoking age who are committed smokers and not by non-smokers whether of any legal age, minors or children, people with allergies, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, persons with, or at risk, of heart or vascular disease, high blood pressure, low-blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, COPD or other pulmonary conditions, or if you are taking medications for any of these conditions or any other prescription or any over the counter drug or substance used in any regimen. Do not use this product in conjunction with tobacco cigarettes or other tobacco products containing nicotine (if nicotine option is selected) including but not limited to patches, lozenges, gums and other NRT delivery products. Consult a physician if any of these apply to you before using this product. If you experience nicotine misuse symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, weakness and rapid heartbeat discontinue using the device immediately and consult with your physician. If you smoke tobacco products, we join those who urge you to stop. Be advised that Groove-E-Juice has not yet been studied as a smoking cessation or NRT delivery device in the USA so we may not and are not representing it as such nor promoting it as such until the time it is appropriate to do so. Please keep Groove-E-Juice products out of the reach of children and pets; ingestion of certain pieces can present a choking hazard, and ingestion or absorption through skin, mouth or any manner of the non-vaporized and concentrated ingredients in the cartridges can be poisonous. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these statements or Groove-E-Juice products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or claim any therapeutic benefit. Never use near flammable liquids or gases.
Returns & Guarantees
We love our products and hope that you do too! That said, we offer the following guarantees:
DOA: If your Electronic Cigarette kits or accessories arrive DOA at your doorstep, please notify us and we will replace it at no charge. If your product becomes defective within the first 14 days of use, please contact us. Due to the nature of atomizers, cartomizers and other components that make up electronic cigarettes, we cannot replace items after this time. With proper care and cleaning, your We do require that you send us the defective piece(s) so that we can bring this to the attention of our suppliers.
E-Juice: We love our Groove-E-Juice and want you to love it, too! Please keep in mind, though- flavor is subjective. What one person tastes with their Electronic Cigarette setup may not be what another person tastes. Different batteries, cartomizers and atomizers alter the way your juice tastes. Obviously we cannot cram fresh fruit into your bottles because we still haven't found the perfect way to smoke an apple. Yet. We do, though, hope you absolutely love each one of your Groove-E-Juice flavors. We recommend starting with our smaller, 10ml bottle first before purchasing larger bottles. Also be sure to check out and even post reviews. We're the new dudes out there, and we strive for the best stuff on the market :) If at any time within 14 days of purchase of your Groove-E-Juice flavors and are not satisfied with the product, please let us know. Upon receiving the unused quantity, we will replace it with another flavor.
